Liramail License Agreement
By purchasing resource created by Liramail you are being granted a license to usethese files for specific uses under certain conditions.
Rights
You are licensed to use the Item to create one single end product for yourself or one client (a “single application”). If you want to use it for other clients or projects, you have to purchase a separate license for each client or project.
You have rights for royalty-free use of our resources for any or all of your personal and commercial projects.
You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them royalty free in any or all of your personal and commercial projects. For example, you may include this resource on a website you will be designing for a client.
You are not required to attribute or link to Liramail in any of the projects.
Liramail will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.
We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any moment.
PROHIBITIONS
You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party.
For any resalable web applications or software programs, you should not include our any types of resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden by us.
Other licenses
Certain components will be sourced from a third party and different license terms may apply to such components, such as someone else’s license or an open source or creative commons license. That other license will apply to that other component. This License will apply to the rest of the Content Template, or Product as applicable. The notices required by those licenses are available here.
Liramail uses images and names of third-party products. Intellectual property rights in relation to those products (including registered trademarks) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated or associated with, or authorized or endorsed by, the owners of the products.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us and describe why you want the refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision. Usually, we can’t make a refund because all our products are digital. But we make exceptions and provide the refund if a client is not satisfied with the quality.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (via Paddle).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on Paddle policies.
